At Southwood Middle School we take our students seriously!

In order to be selected as a student of the month a student must:

*Exemplify motivation and dedication across all disciplines.

*Be exemplary in some way (Academics, Achievement, Citizenship)

*Be creative, and often does more than is expected.

* Be a model for other students.

*In some instances he/she has shown extraordinary improvement.
